Particular Systems is a small India-based studio, with over a decade of engineering experience behind it.
The studio
Senior attention stays with the work.
Particular Systems operates from Bengaluru, India. The same person who calibrates a role runs the screen and signs the shortlist. There is no account-management layer.
Behind the practice is over a decade building and operating production software: backend services, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and AI-driven products, most recently building a financing platform from the ground up at staff level.
That structure is deliberate. Custom software carries business context that is easily lost in handoffs. Direct collaboration keeps decisions close to the people responsible for the result.

Our client work spans AI systems for specific workflows and customer software built around the business behind it. Creator and education platforms are a specialist part of that customer-software practice.
Particular Systems Hire sources and technically screens engineers for AI training teams. AirType and Ward are products we develop ourselves. Talent, client work, and owned products have separate evidence and engagement paths so the relationship is always clear.

The first phase is small enough to judge and complete enough for real use.

An AI Blueprint maps the users, workflow, data, technical approach, risks, and sensible first release. A Product Build takes an agreed scope through design, engineering, testing, and launch.
Some engagements end with documented handover. Others continue into maintenance and product development. The operating model is decided before launch, not after it.
US collaboration
Remote work with explicit decisions.
Projects with US clients use a shared working plan, written decisions, regular product reviews, and agreed overlap for live conversations. Contracts, milestones, access, and support expectations are documented before development begins.
