Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information Particular Systems receives through this website and how it is used.

Information we collect.

When you submit a project inquiry, we may receive your name, work email, company or creator brand, project type, timeline, and the information you include in your message.

The website may also record limited technical and attribution information, such as the page you entered on, referring page, campaign parameters, browser information, and interaction events. First-touch attribution may be kept temporarily in your browser's session storage.

How we use information.

We use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, understand the proposed work, arrange conversations, prepare an engagement, improve the website, protect the service, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Particular Systems does not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry details to train public AI models.

When information is shared.

Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email, scheduling, analytics, security, and project operations. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not disclose inquiry information to unrelated parties for their own marketing.

Third-party links

This website links to client products and other external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Retention and security.

We retain inquiry and business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, maintain business records, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the nature of the information and relationship.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive credentials or confidential datasets should not be sent through the public inquiry form.

Your choices.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop using your information for future business communication.

To make a privacy request, use the project contact page and begin the message with “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
