Student journey
Course access, learning paths, daily practice, tests, progress, and support in one account.
Case study
An owned learning platform for CAT preparation, bringing courses, practice, tests, progress, mentoring, payments, and support into one branded student experience.

Client context
Coachify had a substantial CAT-preparation audience through its public CAT Preparation - Coachify YouTube channel and a serious learning offer. The platform opportunity was to bring the student journey into one branded environment instead of making learners jump between course pages, practice tools, payment flows, and support channels.
The system needed to serve both sides of the business: students who want a clear path through preparation, and operators who need to manage content, products, progress, and support without unnecessary manual stitching.
What was built
Particular Systems helped build the web product and student experience behind CoachifyLive. The platform supports course discovery, purchase and onboarding, daily practice, mock tests, progress visibility, mentoring surfaces, and administration.
Course access, learning paths, daily practice, tests, progress, and support in one account.
Program structure, content, assessments, and student-facing delivery managed through the platform.
Offer presentation, payments, onboarding, and access control for the branded education product.
Product decisions
Education platforms can become feature inventories very quickly. The useful work was deciding how to group learning, practice, testing, progress, and mentoring so students could understand where to go next.
The product also had to support an operating team. That meant administration, content structure, student access, and payment-related decisions needed to be designed as part of the product, not as afterthoughts.
Live result
CoachifyLive is live at coachifylive.com. Students can access live and self-paced courses, daily CAT practice, mock tests, analytics, and support through a single branded product.
For Particular Systems, this case demonstrates the creator and educator platform pattern at greater operational depth: paid access, content delivery, assessment, progress, and administration working together.
